Quick Fit Check

Sometimes, that off the shelf bike doesn’t fit quite right. Looking to make some minor adjustments to make your bike fit better? We’ll make sure bar pitch, lever positions, and general saddle height are adjusted to make your ride feel that much better. This process takes roughly 5-20 minutes. If it takes less than 5 minutes, we treat this as a complimentary service.

Motion Capture Fit

A great choice for a bike you already ride, or for a bike you’re looking to purchase, this comprehensive fit is a high tech cycling equivalent to getting a custom fit suit or dress.

This fit can take anywhere from 2-3 hours and includes the following:

  • Pre-fit interview: Getting to know you as a rider, what your goals are, prior injury record, sports history, typical work environment, current bike handling characteristics, and anything else that might help us better understand what is effecting your on-bike and off-bike cycling experience.

  • Pre-fit Flexibility Assessment: Bike performance and comfort can be greatly influenced by flexibility and symmetry, so we’ll take a look at a few key flexibility and stability tests to gather baseline data that will help us evaluate how your on-bike performance might look like, and why.

  • Size-cycle Motion Capture: This is the fun techy part. We’ll use both 2D and 3D motion metric data to help us determine how we want to adjust your bike fit dimensions in order to best achieve your goals.

  • Saddle Pressure Test: We use a Gebiomized saddle pressure sensor tool to capture live riding data that will help us determine if the saddle you’ve chosen is the best choice for you.

  • Post Fit Alterations and Check-up: Most labor required to make alterations to your bike fit is included, or heavily discounted. Each fit experience is different but all bike fits will finish with a recommended follow up date so we can remain in touch and make sure your bike fit changes are satisfactory.

Hub House Treatment

$450

Getting a full proper bike fit is about more than just altering your bike. The full equation is comprised of 50% bike and 50% rider. While our Motion Capture Fit dives more into the bike, this Hub House Treatment is for cyclists that understand it takes more than a properly fit bike to reach your on-bike goals.

With this fit, we add an off-bike component to the mix in addition to everything that’s included with the Motion Capture Fit. In addition, the following are included:

  • A comprehensive physical assessment from our partner physical therapist takes roughly 30 minutes, can be scheduled to fit your schedule, and covers flexibility, symmetry, current/prior injuries, goals, and any areas of concern you might have.

  • A comprehensive off-bike fitness/mobility routine designed specifically to meet your needs. We work with a personal trainer to pinpoint your goals on the bike as well as off the bike to formulate a plan that’ll help you get there.
